Dr. Richards' academic journey commenced at the University of Florida, where he obtained his Bachelor of Arts degree in Anthropology and Archaeology with honors in 1973. His passion for the environment and geography led him to earn a Master of Arts in Geography and Archaeology in 1978, followed by a Ph.D. in Regional Planning and Urban Geography in 1987. Throughout his career, Dr. Richards has accumulated a wealth of knowledge and experience, making him a sought-after expert in the field. He holds a range of prestigious registrations, including Certified Environmental Professional (C.E.P.), Certified Environmental Consultant (C.E.C.), and Certified Environmental Inspector (C.E.I.).
