Register for courses yourself on Student Registration whenever possible –  Use this forms ONLY when you cannot register yourself:

NOTE: This is a REQUEST to be enrolled. It is not a guarantee. These will be stored in the queue and handled on a first come/first serve basis.

Please use this form for Departmentally controlled courses (example: Senior Seminar, Colloquium, GEO 7979), courses with variable credit (see below for instructions) which need instructor signature, or courses that are full but that you have permission to enroll from the instructor.

Before submitting this form you must make sure that you DO NOT HAVE ANY HOLDS on your record. If you have a hold – this submission will not be processed. You will need to clear your hold(s) and submit it again.

It is the student’s responsibility to know what courses, prerequisites, term, and  number of credits are needed. If you have any questions please direct them to the Undergraduate Coordinator (Dr. Liang Mao) or Graduate Coordinator (Dr. Jason Blackburn).

* Late Fee: If you are not registered for at least one credit by the end of regular registration you will be assessed a $100 late fee by the University. The department has no control over this and cannot assist you in petitioning to waive this fee.
