Stand Up & Holler! on February 17th with the GeoGator Nation
Stand Up & Holler: Gator Nation Giving Day is an all-day fundraising event on February 17th, calling on the University of Florida alumni, students, faculty, staff, parents, families, and friends to come together to support UF and all of its areas of positive impact in our state, nation and world. Remember, it’s #AllForTheGators.
What does a gift support?
Everything! Gifts can be directed to the college, department, research initiative, campus activity or UF program that means the most to you, or it can be applied to an area of greatest need. What matters most is that every Gator gives and becomes part of UF’s positive impact on our community, country, and world.
It would mean a lot if you would donate to the Geography General Fund. The Geography General Fund supports our students and department in many ways. It covers costs for annual awards, graduate student travel to conferences, and to bring external speakers to the department.
Will you support UF Geography?
* The minimum gift to be counted for Gator Nation Giving Day is $1.
What is the goal?
On February 17, 2022, we call upon The Gator Nation® to stand up and holler as we look to support the university with 23,000 gifts.
Is there any other way I can help out?
Yes! You can help spread the word by becoming a Social Ambassador!
