Departmentally controlled courses include:
Undergraduate level: GEO4905, GEO4944, GEO4970, and GEA/GEO/GIS/MET/4911
Graduate level: GEO6905, GEO6971, GEO7979, and GEO7980
Take the following steps to register
- Find a faculty in Geography to be your advisor and discuss with a faculty in Geography regarding a plan for this course.
- Make sure that you DO NOT HAVE ANY HOLDS on your record. If you have a hold – this submission will not be processed.
- Then contact the Undergraduate Coordinator (Dr. Liang Mao) or Graduate Coordinator (Dr. Jason Blackburn) to initiate the paperwork. An email will be sent from DocuSign to both you and your advisor to sign a permission form.
- Finally, our front desk staff will notify you when you are registered for this course.
* Late Fee: If you are not registered for at least one credit by the end of regular registration you will be assessed a $100 late fee by the University. The department has no control over this and cannot assist you in petitioning to waive this fee.
