I was introduced to Geography through my studies in natural resources, where I utilized Geographic Information Systems in numerous ways. I quickly recognized the potential value of GIS and geography in many industries and research interests, and since then I have worked in municipal/organizational GIS as a GIS Tech here at UF Facilities Services, as well as a GIS Lead for the City of Williston, FL. I am excited to work with Dr. Hu in the GeoNAVI lab, and to be a part of the UF Geography department!
