Three Geography graduate students recently gave presentations at the 11th Annual Conference of the Social Sciences, hosted by the Florida Society of the Social Sciences.
Mr. David Hanson presented a paper titled “Exploring the Livelihood Vulnerability of Grenadian Households in a Peri-Urban Community” in Session III – The Human Factor: Nature and Environment.
Mr. Ryan Good presented a paper titled “Landscapes of Violence in the Virtual Diasporas of Africa-set Video Games” in Session IV – Place and Perception of Ethnic Minorities
Mr. Fergus Keatinge presented a poster (pictured) titled “Examining the Effects of Digital Social Networks on New Physical Human Interactions and Social Networks: A Validation of Dunbar’s Numbers” during Poster Session G in Session I.
