Dissertation Topic: Extreme Water Levels and Coastal Flooding
Research Statement: I am primarily focusing on extreme events in the coastal area. I would like to examine how the duration of extreme events are changing over time and how the water level components are contributing to these extreme events. In my research, I am about to use several statistical and numerical models for data analysis.
