Dissertation Topic: TBD

Areas of interest: My research interests are in remote sensing and GIS applications in the field of Land use/ land cover change monitoring and evaluate its impact on the biophysical environment and terrestrial ecosystem. I am inquisitive as to how and to what extent such changes can be documented by using emerging geospatial technologies, and how accurately such spatially derived information can be used to monitor ecological challenges and associated increases in the frequency and severity of climatic events
